Quiero enseñarte a disfrutar de la cocina, a desarrollar tu creatividad y que conozcas cómo puedes potenciar los sabores, texturas de los alimentos, así como sus propiedades. Fundamentos, técnicas, procedimientos…de una forma sencilla. 

En los últimos 20 años he trabajado en 16 restaurantes diferentes, lo que me ha permitido conocer diferentes tipos de cocina y culturas gastronómicas.
